Abstract

The success of an educational institution should begin with maximum and thorough planning. Therefore, the implementation will run optimally if it is relevant to the planning concept that has been prepared previously. This means that the position of planning in an educational institution is used as a racing tool that has a multi-functional role. As in the recruitment of educators based on the Quran. With the hope, a teacher can animate the Quran in learning activities and integrate it with the subjects taught. Of course this is not easy, a teacher must have high expertise and professionalism, meaning he must know what he is doing for the success of the learning process. Islamic educational institutions are a valuable asset in creating generations of Islam who have good Quranic competence so that in every step of their lives they are always imbued with the values of the Quran. Therefore, in addition to preparing expert educators, the school must also take advantage of free time. That is, teachers do not only rely on the learning process with normal time, but must make the best use of the available time.
