Manajemen Inovasi Pembelajaran
Abstract
It should be realized that learning is a complex and reciprocal interaction between teacher and student and student with student. Students should be given adequate opportunities to take part and be treated appropriately in a learning process. It is suspected that the world of children (read: kindergarten and elementary school) is a world of play, but often teachers forget this. Every teacher in every learning process should create an atmosphere that is fun, exciting (horee), dynamic (mobile), full of enthusiasm (expressive) and full of challenges (chalenge). Therefore, various innovations can be tried to be developed even though it is very simple.
